The usage and storage of the user-data (personenbezogen) is only used to allow for a smooth in-game online experience and (optional) tracking of the game’s performance (Google Analytics). Beyond that the data will not be shared with any third party.
For this purpose, stillalive studios uses the multiplayer service provided by “Steamworks” of Valve Corporation (P.O. Box 1688, Bellevue, WA 98009, USA). While playing the multiplayer game, data will be collected by “Steamworks” and temporarily stored in their cloud. While the multiplayersession is running (and upon completion) the save-game-data is transmitted to stillalive studios to be stored. Upon closing of the multiplayer-session all generated session-data will be removed from the “Steamworks” session-servers. In addition to the user data listed below, the “Steamworks” service will also require and use the IP address of each participating player, in order to establish and hold the online-connection. If the user has “cloud-save-games” enabled (a Steam feature), the entire save-game including the user-data listed below is stored on the personal Steam-cloud-space of that user as well.
Once the save-game-data has been transmitted to stillalive studios it will be stored in a secured database hosted at „ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich“ (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). Only stillalive studios GmbH and “ALL-INKL.COM” have access to it. Collected data is stored for 26 months before automatic deletion.
The user may at any time request removal of all personal data from the database, by contacting: privacy [at] stillalive-studios.com

- Game-Relevant Information:
- Bus route data
- Owned buses, their names and customizations
- In-Game Chat Messages
- In-Game Multiplayer-Changelog
- Hired drivers and their names
- Finances and Reputation of the Multiplayer-Company
- Generated Unique ID that does not allow to identify the user afterwards
- Session Name (Name of the multiplayer-company & generated ID)
