The usage and storage of the user-data is only used to allow for a smooth in-game online experience. Beyond that the data will not be shared with any third party.
For this purpose, stillalive studios uses the service “Photon” of Exit Games GmbH (Hongkong Strasse 7, 20457 Hamburg, Germany). While playing the multiplayer game, data will be collected by “Photon” and temporarily stored in their cloud. Upon completion of the multiplayer game all generated data will be deleted from the “Photon” servers and transmitted to stillalive studios to be stored. In addition to the user data listed below, the “Photon” service will also require and use the IP address of each participating player, in order to establish and hold the online-connection.

Once the data has been transmitted to stillalive studios it will be stored in a secured database hosted at „Host Europe GmbH“ (Welserstraße 14, 51149 Cologne, Germany). The user may at any time remove all associated personal data from the database, by removing himself from the corresponding multiplayer-games (once the game is loaded simply navigate to “Shareholders” in the multiplayer menu and click the “X” button next to your name).

- Game-Relevant Information:
- Bus route data
- Owned buses and their customizations
- In-Game Chat Messages
- In-Game Multiplayer-Changelog
- Hired drivers and their names
- Finances and Reputation of the Multiplayer-Company
- Steam IDs and Names of all participating players
- Company Name (Name of the multiplayer-session) & generated ID
